Debby is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has worked with Community Quick Care since 2012. She attended Samford University where she earned her BS RN as well as the title of Miss Friendliest. Debby applied her education as a Critical Care RN for 35 years before deciding to go back to school at Tennessee State University where she received her Master of Nursing Degree and certification with American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in 2010.
Debby and her husband have 5 grandchildren. She considers it an incredible opportunity to be a Health Care Professional and would count it a blessing to be your provider
Kim graduated from Valparaiso University with her BSN in Nursing. She also graduated from TSU with her MSN, and is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She enjoys gardening, her 3 terriers, antiques and spending time with family.
Ryan is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. He graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2011. His work experience includes family practice, urgent care, dermatology, and hair transplants. He loves the diversity of care at Community Quick Care, particularly addressing all of your dermatology concerns!
Monica Wright is a Family Nurse Practitioner with 20 years of experience. A Mississippi native, she attended Delta State University and graduated from the University of Mississippi. She currently resides in Nashville with her husband, 2 children, and dog.
Michelle Mosley is certified as a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center ANCC and is a member of the Tennessee Nurse Practitioner Society. She received her Masters Degree from Middle Tennessee State University in 2012. Michelle has a 30 year career in Nursing with a variety of experiences including hospital, education, family medicine, and employee health. Michelle resides in downtown Nashville, and she is a member of First Baptist Church Nashville.
Ludia grew up in New Jersey but has been a Tennessee resident since 2005 where she attended Belmont University for her undergraduate degrees in Biology, Spanish and Nursing. She then attended Vanderbilt University for her graduate degree in nursing as a recipient of the Harold Stirling Vanderbilt Scholarship, a National Merit Scholarship. She is a board certified family nurse practitioner. Ludia is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau, the International Honor Society of Nursing.
She enjoys working with all age groups and believes in providing education to the patient to enable them to make the best decisions for their health. She has a passion to help the underserved populations and has plans to be a part of medical missions in the future.
In her free time she enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with her husband and daughter.
Wenona is an experienced certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 20 yrs experience in health care, over 12 of which was as an Intensive care RN. She believes health care is a partnership between the patient and the provider, and she helps each patient achieve their optimal health through honest, respectful communication.

Missy has a background as a certified pharmacy technician. She is the proud mother of 2 little boys and enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends. She also finds time to unwind by taking trips on her motorcycle. Despite her background in pharmacy, she really enjoys working in the clinic and learning a new dimension of the medical field.

Zeytin is a Certified Medical Assistant who graduated from Kaplan University. Zeytin is Kurdish, and she was born in Turkey. She came to America at age 1. She is recently married! Zeytin loves to help people, and she is excited about her career with Community Quick Care!
Dee is from a small town in Kentucky and relocated to Lebanon, TN recently. She has three children: Hannah, Haven and Houston. Her daughters graduated from Lindsey Wilson College, and Houston has recently been accepted into Pharmacy School at the University of Kentucky. Dee is very passionate about her family, faith, and friends. She loves outdoor activities such as hiking, boating, biking and gardening. Dee considers herself to be a home body, but she does enjoy going to concerts, sporting events and dining out. Dee’s favorite vacation destination is the beach. Now that her kids are grown and on their own, Dee is looking forward to this new chapter in her life, which includes her new job at Community Quick Care.
Perla is a registered nurse, and chose this field because she loves to serve others (never getting grossed out easily!) Fun facts about Perla include the ability to play 5 instruments at one time and being a lover of all things sports!
Diana is a Full-Time Medical Assistant, and she works Part-Time as a Clinical Research Coordinator. Her introduction into the medical field was as a Volunteer Candy Striper sponsored by her high school’s National Honor Society at the age of fifteen. Diana enjoys re-purposing vintage furniture and shopping estate sales.

Monica is a Certified Medical Assistant who graduated from Remington collage in Nashville. She has experience in pediatrics, where she has worked for past 12 years. Monica enjoys working with kids and is very excited to start a new chapter with Community Quick Care!
Tina is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio. She has resided in the Nashville area with her husband and 4 children since 1996. Tina obtained her Paramedic degree and worked in emergency medicine for several years, before developing a passion for family and pediatric medicine in 1998. She has been a medical assistant with Community Quick Care since 2012, and works as the Clinical Liaison for all locations. Tina’s hobbies include spending time with her family and meeting new people at Community Quick Care.
