Debby Smith

Nurse Practitioner

Debby is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has worked with Community Quick Care since 2012. She attended Samford University where she earned her BS RN as well as the title of Miss Friendliest. Debby applied her education as a Critical Care RN for 35 years before deciding to go back to school at Tennessee State University where she received her Master of Nursing Degree and certification with American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in 2010. 

Debby and her husband have 5 grandchildren. She considers it an incredible opportunity to be a Health Care Professional and would count it a blessing to be your provider

Kim Prichard

Nurse Practitioner

Kim graduated from Valparaiso University with her BSN in Nursing. She also graduated from TSU with her MSN, and is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She enjoys gardening, her 3 terriers, antiques and spending time with family.

Ryan Woods

Nurse Practitioner

Ryan is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. He graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2011. His work experience includes family practice, urgent care, dermatology, and hair transplants. He loves the diversity of care at Community Quick Care, particularly addressing all of your dermatology concerns!

Monica Wright

Nurse Practitioner

Monica Wright is a Family Nurse Practitioner with 20 years of experience. A Mississippi native, she attended Delta State University and graduated from the University of Mississippi. She currently resides in Nashville with her husband, 2 children, and dog.

Wenona Dotson

Nurse Practitioner

Wenona is an experienced certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 20 yrs experience in health care, over 12 of which was as an Intensive care RN. She believes health care is a partnership between the patient and the provider, and she helps each patient achieve their optimal health through honest, respectful communication.

Michelle Mosley

Nurse Practitioner

Michelle Mosley is certified as a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center ANCC and is a member of the Tennessee Nurse Practitioner Society. She received her Masters Degree from Middle Tennessee State University in 2012. Michelle has a 30 year career in Nursing with a variety of experiences including hospital,  education, family medicine, and employee health.  Michelle resides in downtown Nashville, and she is a member of First Baptist Church Nashville.

Brittany Dooley

Nurse Practitioner

Brittany is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner certified through the ANCC. She received her Masters of Science in Nursing from Austin Peay State University in 2016. She worked as an EMT for several years before graduating from Austin Peay State University in 2012 with her BSN. As an RN, she has experience in both the ICU and ER. She is also a member of the United States Army Reserves as an Army Nurse. Brittany lives in Nolensville with her husband and two children.

Carolyn Ellis

Physicians Assistant

Carolyn grew up in Knoxville, TN. She did undergrad work at University of Tennessee, where she studied psychology and biology. After undergrad, she worked in Houston as a medical assistant in a family practice, and coached a YMCA swim team! She then attended Trevecca to become a Physicians Assistant, where she graduated with a Master of Science Medicine. Carolyn has a passion for international medical missions. She has experience in the mission field as well, including Coya, Peru, Nicaragua, and Papua New Guinea! In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, hiking, music, and yoga. She also loves to spend time with her family and friends, including her great dane, Moose.

Casey Lamb

Nurse Practitioner

Casey Lamb is a board certified nurse practitioner. She is originally from Birmingham, AL where she received her undergraduate in nursing at Samford University .  Casey continued her education at TN State University after moving to Middle TN in 2009. Her experience includes emergency nursing, urgent care, primary care, and geriatrics.

Meredith Barnett

Nurse Practitioner

Meredith has worked in healthcare for over 12 years with the majority of those years as an RN in a busy emergency room.  She has been with CQC for 1 year, and currently works PRN. She sincerely enjoys getting to know her patients and their families.  She treats her patients as she would want to be treated and respects their time by seeing them as promptly as possible.  Meredith also strives to make sure her patients do not feel rushed by giving them her undivided attention to listen to any concerns/complaints and answer their questions.  On her days off she enjoys spending time with her husband and little boy playing outside, going to the pool, or just hanging around the house.

Missy Clark

Front Desk and Pharmacy Tech

Missy has a background as a certified pharmacy technician. She is the proud mother of 2 little boys and enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends. She also finds time to unwind by taking trips on her motorcycle. Despite her background in pharmacy, she really enjoys working in the clinic and learning a new dimension of the medical field.

Zeytin Serif

Certified Medical Assistant

Zeytin is a Certified Medical Assistant who graduated from Kaplan University. Zeytin is Kurdish, and she was born in Turkey. She came to America at age 1. She is recently married! Zeytin loves to help people, and she is excited about her career with Community Quick Care!

Laura Sawyers

Medical Assistant

Laura has a back ground in Medical Assisting, Medical Reception, Customer Service Representative and billing. She is a proud mother of three amazing children. She enjoys hiking and being outdoors in her spare time. She is a people person and enjoys fulfilling the needs of our patients.

Perla Quintana


Perla is a registered nurse, and chose this field because she loves to serve others (never getting grossed out easily!) Fun facts about Perla include the ability to play 5 instruments at one time and being a lover of all things sports!

Diana Fulton

Medical Assistant

Diana is a Full-Time Medical Assistant, and she works Part-Time as a Clinical Research Coordinator. Her introduction into the medical field was as a Volunteer Candy Striper sponsored by her high school’s National Honor Society at the age of fifteen. Diana enjoys re-purposing vintage furniture and shopping estate sales.

Monica Kabeya

Certified Medical Assistant

Monica is a Certified Medical Assistant who graduated from Remington collage in Nashville. She has experience in pediatrics, where she has worked for past 12 years. Monica enjoys working with kids and is very excited to start a new chapter with Community Quick Care!

Tina Trivett


Tina is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio. She has resided in the Nashville area with her husband and 4 children since 1996. Tina obtained her Paramedic degree and worked in emergency medicine for several years, before developing a passion for family and pediatric medicine in 1998. She has been a medical assistant with Community Quick Care since 2012, and works as the Clinical Liaison for all locations. Tina’s hobbies include spending time with her family and meeting new people at Community Quick Care.

Chastity Shrum

X-Ray Tech/CPC/Office Liaison

Chastity Shrum is a Radiologic Technologist and Certified Professional Coder, currently residing in Lebanon, TN. She graduated from Volunteer State Community College in 2008 and has experience in outpatient, inpatient, emergency room, and trauma imaging, as well as 5 years in family practice as a Medical Assistant. Chastity is the Office Liaison for all locations. She enjoys caring for others and getting to know them.
