Amanda “Jane” Colson
Amanda “Jane” Colson has been a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with Community Quick Care in the Lebanon office since 2013. She received her BSN from Middle Tennessee State University in 1994. Jane worked as an RN in ICU and Surgery for over 15 years before deciding to return to school to further her career. She then received her MSN from Tennessee State University in 2011. She has been practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2011. Jane is native to Middle Tennessee. She grew up in the Donelson area and attended McGavock High School. Jane is an avid sports enthusiast and still plays softball. She has played softball all over the country including a short time at MTSU, until acceptance into the Nursing program. At MTSU she was also a member of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority. Jane has been married for over 15 years and has two daughters who keep her and her husband very busy.
Ryan is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. He graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2011. His work experience includes family practice, urgent care, dermatology, and hair transplants. He loves the diversity of care at Community Quick Care, particularly addressing all of your dermatology concerns!
Monica Wright is a Family Nurse Practitioner with 20 years of experience. A Mississippi native, she attended Delta State University and graduated from the University of Mississippi. She currently resides in Nashville with her husband, 2 children, and dog.
Wenona is an experienced certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 20 yrs experience in health care, over 12 of which was as an Intensive care RN. She believes health care is a partnership between the patient and the provider, and she helps each patient achieve their optimal health through honest, respectful communication.
Michelle Mosley is certified as a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center ANCC and is a member of the Tennessee Nurse Practitioner Society. She received her Masters Degree from Middle Tennessee State University in 2012. Michelle has a 30 year career in Nursing with a variety of experiences including hospital, education, family medicine, and employee health. Michelle resides in downtown Nashville, and she is a member of First Baptist Church Nashville.
Carolyn grew up in Knoxville, TN. She did undergrad work at University of Tennessee, where she studied psychology and biology. After undergrad, she worked in Houston as a medical assistant in a family practice, and coached a YMCA swim team! She then attended Trevecca to become a Physicians Assistant, where she graduated with a Master of Science Medicine. Carolyn has a passion for international medical missions. She has experience in the mission field as well, including Coya, Peru, Nicaragua, and Papua New Guinea! In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, hiking, music, and yoga. She also loves to spend time with her family and friends, including her great dane, Moose.
Christie Moore is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner and is an active member of Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree from Cumberland University and then earned her Masters of Science degree from Tennessee State University. She is also a certified BLS instructor. Prior to joining Community Quick Care, Christie worked for Summit Medical Center for 15 years. Christie was born and raised in Tennessee. In her free time, Christie enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Josh McWaters was born and raised in Lebanon, TN. He previously attended UT Knoxville… (GO VOLS!) Josh graduated with a Bachelors of Nursing from Cumberland University in 2011, and he has worked as an RN for 4 1/2 years with a background in critical care. He then moved on to MTSU and received his license as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2015.
Leslie has been with Community Quick Care for 2 years. She works at the front desk in the Lebanon office and has over 9 years experience in customer service. She is a fitness enthusiast and spends her spare time at the gym working out 5-6 days a week. She enjoys living life to the fullest and putting a smile on everyone’s face. She says she is truly blessed and is very thankful to have the chance to help fulfill your healthcare needs!
A devoted wife and mother of two boys, Tammy is a nurse that exhibits to same dedication to her patients patients. She strives to serve them with excellence and provide them with the highest quality care. From a friendly greeting smile, to administering a booster shot, she feels privileged to serve and advocate for the sick, being a part of maintaining their health. In her spare time, which, she admits, is few and far between, she likes to relax with her boys at home. Tammy also invests time at her church, teaching Sunday school for pre-k children.
Tina is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio. She has resided in the Nashville area with her husband and 4 children since 1996. Tina obtained her Paramedic degree and worked in emergency medicine for several years, before developing a passion for family and pediatric medicine in 1998. She has been a medical assistant with Community Quick Care since 2012, and works as the Clinical Liaison for all locations. Tina’s hobbies include spending time with her family and meeting new people at Community Quick Care.
X-Ray Tech/CPC/Office Liaison
Chastity Shrum is a Radiologic Technologist and Certified Professional Coder, currently residing in Lebanon, TN. She graduated from Volunteer State Community College in 2008 and has experience in outpatient, inpatient, emergency room, and trauma imaging, as well as 5 years in family practice as a Medical Assistant. Chastity is the Office Liaison for all locations. She enjoys caring for others and getting to know them.
