Debby Smith

Nurse Practitioner

Debby is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has worked with Community Quick Care since 2012. She attended Samford University where she earned her BS RN as well as the title of Miss Friendliest. Debby applied her education as a Critical Care RN for 35 years before deciding to go back to school at Tennessee State University where she received her Master of Nursing Degree and certification with American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in 2010. 

Debby and her husband have 5 grandchildren. She considers it an incredible opportunity to be a Health Care Professional and would count it a blessing to be your provider
