Dr. Brandon D. Hardin
SUPERVISING PHYSICIAN
Dr. Brandon D. Hardin, born and raised in Antioch, Tn, is excited to join our practice. He, his wife, who is also a family medicine physician, and his kids live in the Blackman area and are excited to be part of one of the fastest growing communities in the middle TN area. Dr. Hardin looks forward to serving and empathizing with you through all physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual afflictions.
Alexa Wix
PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT
Alexa Wix, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant dedicated to
providing compassionate, patient-centered care across family medicine,
urgent care, and aesthetic medicine. She earned her Bachelor of Science
in Biology with a concentration in Health Science from Tennessee
Technological University in 2022. She completed her Master of Science in
Physician Assistant Studies at Bethel University in 2026.
Alexa’s professional training spans family medicine, urgent and
emergency care, women’s health, dermatology, and plastic surgery. Her
background in dermatology, along with advanced clinical training in
dermatology and aesthetics, has shaped a special interest in the
evaluation and treatment of dermatologic concerns. She also has a
passion for procedural medicine, particularly laceration repairs and
other in-office procedures.
In addition to family and urgent care, Alexa provides aesthetic
services, including injectable treatments. Her training in dermatology
and plastic surgery allows her to bring a strong understanding of skin
health, facial anatomy, and patient-centered treatment planning to
aesthetic medicine. She enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and
confident while creating individualized treatment plans based on their
goals.
Alexa is committed to continuing to expand her knowledge and clinical
skills while providing evidence-based, individualized care. She values
building meaningful relationships with her patients and strives to
create an environment where they feel heard, comfortable, and supported.
Kim Prichard
FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER
Kim graduated from Valparaiso University with her BSN in Nursing. She also graduated from TSU with her MSN, and is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She enjoys gardening, her 3 terriers, antiques and spending time with family.
Jessica Gibson
FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER
Jessica Gibson, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care. She began her career as a Registered Nurse in 2012. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Middle Tennessee State University in 2014. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain University in 2025.
Her professional background includes more than 10 years of serving veterans in healthcare, as well as in community care, administration, specialty clinics, and acute care. These diverse experiences have shaped Jessica’s holistic approach to practice, emphasizing compassionate, evidence-based, and collaborative care for patients across the lifespan.
In addition to her clinical expertise, Jessica is certified in administration of Botulinum Toxin, Dermal fillers, and microneedling. These advanced certifications allow her to provide both medical and aesthetic services, blending wellness and aesthetics to help patients look and feel their best.
Committed to lifelong learning, Jessica continually expands her knowledge and skills to meet the evolving needs of her patients and the community she serves.
Jamie Davis
FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER
Jamie has been with Community Quick Care for over ten years. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her Grandchild.

Miashcia has been with Community Quick Care since 2019. She gets joy from providing quality care to her patients. When she is not working she likes spending time with her family.
Wenona Dotson
FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER
Wenona is an experienced certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 20 yrs experience in health care, over 12 of which was as an Intensive care RN. She believes health care is a partnership between the patient and the provider, and she helps each patient achieve their optimal health through honest, respectful communication.

Dyron has been with Community Quick Care since 2014. When he isn’t at work, Dyron likes going to the beach and spending time with his family.

Missy has a background as a certified pharmacy technician. She is the proud mother of 2 little boys and enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends. She also enjoys camping, gardening, and traveling. Despite her background in pharmacy, she really enjoys working in the clinic and learning a new dimension of the medical field.
Teresa Tarkington
BILLING
Teresa Tarkington is married to her husband of 26 years and they have one daughter. She has worked in the medical field focusing on the business side of medicine and education since 1987. She spent 23 years in the internal medicine and pain management fields working in the areas of billing and coding, credentialing, and practice management. June 2011 led Teresa to begin a new opportunity of teaching Medical Billing and Coding at a local career college where she spent the next 12 years in teaching, student services and administration. June 2023 led Teresa to a new journey in her life and to decide what she wanted to do next. Her love for the medical field and working in the medical office led her to join the billing team at Community Quick Care of LaVergne, P.C. Here at CQC, she focuses on credentialing, educating providers, nurses, and staff, community events, and her love of billing. She always says that the medical billing and coding field is like playing the game of CLUE….you get to be the Detective, like Colonel Mustard!

Marion Eledge, RN BSN

Marion began her nursing career in 1988 after graduating from the University of North Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, on an academic scholarship from the Alabama Board of Nursing. She worked as a Critical Care RN in Acute Coronary Care (DCH Regional Medical Center) and Surgical Intensive Care (BMC Princeton).
While living in Monarch Beach, CA, she was a case manager and hospice nurse for VNAOC. During Gulf War I, Marion cared for several former Marines, some of them USMC Colonels, who specifically requested her for their medical care.
After moving to Nashville, Marion began a career in administration, as Director of Professional Services, with Willowbrook Home Health Care. Here she helped guide the staff to full Joint Commission Accreditation with Commendation.
Marion has been with CQC for two years as Marketing Director, after being a stay-at-home mom for 28 years. She is fluent in German, as both her parents are 100% German. Marion enjoys cooking (especially German meals), traveling, and visiting her amazing four sons.

Hi there! My name is Nathan Eledge and I’m currently a Freshman at MTSU and the Owner of Firefly Anything Tech. I’m studying to become a Professional Pilot at MTSU. I’ve been fascinated with technology ever since I was 6 years old. Over the past couple years, I’ve been helping the Middle Tennessee Area with all of their Home and Business Technology. I’ve done I.T. Work for Authors, Medical Companies, Music Producers, Songwriters, and just about everything in between!
